How do we do it?

After we’ve referred you to an apartment and you sign a qualifying lease the apartment properties pay us a locator service fee then we, in turn, pay you up to $300 to help cover your moving expenses or to pocket the cash. Your choice! All we ask is that you be sure to list “SPIRIT Real Estate Group” on any guest card and all lease applications.

What determines my cash rebate or move credit amount?

The amount of the move credit or cash reward is determined by your monthly rental rate:
–  Rates under $1299 will qualify for a $200 move credit or cash
–  Rates between $1300-$1999 will qualify for a $250 move credit or cash
–  Rates $2,000 or more will qualify for a $300 move credit or cash  

Your monthly rental rate is defined as the effective average monthly rent after all concessions are applied. Concessions are any discounts and/or specials that reduce your monthly rental rate. 

To Be Eligible - Follow these Steps!

The apartment you lease at must recognize “SPIRIT Real Estate Group” as your referral source to be eligible for up to a $300 Cash Rebate or Move Credit. 

It’s simple, follow these Steps! 

1. BEFORE you visit any apartments on your customized list – Tell us which properties you plan to tour. If it is necessary for you to be pre-registered, we will take care of it. 

2. List“SPIRIT Real Estate Group”as how you heard about their apartment on any Guest Cards & on EVERY Application. If you apply online, please select “Apartment Locator” or “Locator Service” if “SPIRIT Real Estate Group” is not an option. 

3. Once approved complete the Claim Rebate/Move Form.
